These are our current rates. Policy & Compliance is a new site, so while we build the audience we offer an initial listing rate below the table to firms that write to us. Whatever you pay for is held at the rate you paid, for the whole period, whatever changes after. There are no monthly plans. See each placement drawn at full size.
Consultant listings
Book the pages for the standards, policies and obligations you work on. Each page carries up to three firms. Your card has room to say who you help and how you work, a paragraph in your own voice, and a link to your site. Requests for help that start on a page go to the firms listed on it, at no charge. A requester's contact details are not shared until they choose a firm.
Profiles for individual consultants
An independent consultant can have a profile page of their own: photo, links, services and published prices, the standards they work on, audit, tool and work experience, and the roles they are open to, for clients and employers alike. It costs $5 a month, billed yearly ($60). There are two layouts at the same price, and you can switch between them: see the full profile example and the simple profile example. Firms that complete verification get a verified firm profile instead.
Tool listings
Your tool appears in the tools lists on this site with what it does, who it is for, the standards it covers, your price as you publish it, and a link to your site.
Press releases
Publish your announcement on this site for $25 a release. It gets its own page, labeled Paid press release, and a place on our press releases page. That is all it gets: we do not send it to newswires, post it on social media or email it to our subscribers. The only people who receive it by email are readers who have chosen to subscribe to press release announcements.
Send a headline of up to 110 characters, the release in up to 600 words, a paragraph about your organization, a media contact and up to three links. We publish it as you send it, changing only the formatting, within two working days of payment. We do not check the claims in a release, and its page says so.
A release stays up unless you ask us to take it down, and removal is not refunded.

The ISO 9001 tools guide
We are compiling a downloadable guide to ISO 9001 tools. It launches with every tool we track listed free. Once it is published you can book a dedicated section: your logo, one product screenshot, up to 150 words, the standards you cover, your pricing and a link. When you book, we publish an updated edition with your section and retire the previous one. You receive download counts. We never share the details of the people who download it.

Design standards
Every placement is set in this site's own type and colors. You supply the words and images and we set the layout, so every placement of a kind is the same size and no one can buy a bigger one.
- Consultant listing. Text only: your own paragraph up to 120 words, what you do up to 30, who you help up to 60, how you work up to 25, up to 8 standards, and one website link.
- Tool listing. Text only: what it does up to 15 words, who it is for up to 30, up to 5 standards, your price as published (or "Quote only" or "Not published"), and one website link.
- Press release. Text only: a headline up to 110 characters, the release up to 600 words, a paragraph about your organization up to 80 words, a media contact and up to three links.
- Guide section. Your logo as SVG, or PNG at least 800 px wide on a transparent background. One product screenshot, PNG or JPG, 1600 by 1000 px. Copy up to 150 words, up to 8 standards, and one link.
- Primary spot. Poster panel 280 by 312 px displayed, deliver 560 by 624 px; the text panel beside it is live text set from your copy. Menu square 250 by 250 px displayed, deliver 500 by 500 px. Pop-up card 300 by 250 px displayed, deliver 600 by 500 px. PNG or JPG, RGB, under 300 KB each.
- In every image. No badges, seals or ratings, nothing that looks like this site's own labels, and no claim that contradicts your record on the site.
Prefer we design it? Send us your logo and a few lines about what you do, and we will build it in the standard style for you to approve.
Rules that never change
- The Sponsored or Paid label stays on every placement.
- No claim in a placement may contradict the record beside it. If the two disagree, the record wins and the copy is rewritten.
- A Verified badge cannot be bought: a firm that fails our standard is not marked Verified. A placement does not buy a Verified badge or a use-case pick.
- Links in paid placements on this site carry rel=sponsored.
